Malaysia launched JOI Phone 5 - the first Phone to have Intel Atom x3: 

Malaysia to sell the first Intel Atom x3 phone namely JOI Phone 5. The retail will be done by the GLOO network in there. The price tagged on it is 399 Malaysian Ringgit which is equal to 105 US Dollars and approximately equal to 7,000 Indian Rupee. Dual sim model of the phone is sold here.
