Sony is allegedly working on a high end phone named Sony E5663
According to the source the phone will spot 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, and will run Android Lollipop out-of-the-box.It is also found that the phone will be powered by MediaTek MT6795 SoC with 1.9GHz octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU and PowerVR G6200 GPU, and sport a 4.6-inch (1080 x 1920) display.
Sony E5663 will sport a 4.6 inch full hd display being the successor of Sony Xperia Z3 compact which sports 720p display.The phone is expected to release at the end of this year and there is no official word about this.
